On behalf of The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, we are delighted to welcome you to the 18^th annual Wharton Private Equity and Venture Capital Conference. This year’s conference, themed “Finding the Edge: Succeeding in a turbulent and increasingly competitive global landscape”, will provide an opportunity to discuss and debate some of the key issues resulting from the major changes in the investment landscape that impact private equity and venture capital firms, investors, and portfolio companies, and the way forward for the various industry stakeholders.

Keynote and Panel topics will focus on issues such as the state of the industry’s recovery and prospects for the future, value creation opportunities and challenges, understanding and adapting to new regulations, and delivering expected returns given the current market conditions. We are honored to have a distinguished group of Keynote and Panel speakers who will contribute their time and insight for the benefit of all attendees. The conference offers attendees a unique opportunity for learning and networking with others interested in thoughtful discourse on these key topics and on the industry as a whole.
