Pamela Hickory Esterson

Founding Partner, Amity Search Partners

Pam is a Founding Partner of Amity Search Partners. Previously, Pam managed the M.B.A. recruiting business for SG Partners and was responsible for placing investment professionals at the post-M.B.A. level into private equity firms and hedge fund firms. Prior to joining SG, she spent four years executing senior debt and mezzanine loans at Prudential Capital Group, the merchant banking arm of Prudential Financial, and five years at Allied Capital in Washington, D.C.

Pam received a B.A. in Political Science from Trinity College and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
