Jae Kim is a first year MBA student at Wharton. Prior to Wharton, Jae worked at CVC for two years, where he worked on leverage buyouts and the portfolio management of companies in the industrials sector. Prior to CVC, Jae worked at Credit Suisse for four years in the Corporate and Investment Banking Division where he focused on advising a variety of global industrial clients on mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buyout transactions and related financings. While at Credit Suisse, Jae was specifically focused in the paper, packaging, forest products and automotive industries.
