David Roberts
Senior Managing Director, Angelo, Gordon and Co.

David Roberts is a Senior Managing Director of Angelo, Gordon and a member of the firm’s executive committee. He joined Angelo, Gordon in 1993. Mr. Roberts manages the firm’s private equity and special situations area and was the founder of the firm’s opportunistic real estate area. Mr. Roberts has invested in a wide variety of companies and special situations, including companies in the business services, healthcare services and financial services industries. Previously, he was a principal at Gordon Investment Corporation, a Canadian merchant bank, where he participated in a wide variety of principal transactions. Prior to that he worked in the Corporate Finance Department at L.F. Rothschild where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Roberts received a B.S. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
