Michael Psaros
Managing Director, KPS Capital Partners

Michael Psaros is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of KPS Capital Partners, LP, and a member of its Investment Committee. Mr. Psaros currently serves on the Board of Directors of several KPS portfolio companies and has overseen numerous successful investments in companies that were close to shutdown or liquidation, suffering from operating losses, operating in bankruptcy, or in default of obligations to creditors. Previously, Mr. Psaros was an investment banker with Bear, Stearns & Co., Inc. He received a B.S. in Finance from Georgetown University and attended Sofia University in Tokyo, Japan.
