Daniel O’Donnell has overall responsibility for many of the firm’s most active private equity clients. Mr. O’Donnell’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and venture capital transactions. Mr. O’Donnell has been recognized for five consecutive years as a top lawyer for corporate/mergers and acquisitions by Chambers USA, a referral guide to leading lawyers in the United States based on the opinions of their peers and clients. Mr. O’Donnell is also listed in The Best Lawyers in America and in The Legal 500 (U.S.) and as a leading dealmaker in the 2007 edition of The Lawdragon 500 Leading Dealmakers. He completed a B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, J.D., where he received the McCall Prize for graduating first in his class. Mr. O’Donnell is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar.
