Paul Gordon

Paul Gordon is a Managing Director in the Private Debt Capital Group of S.A.C. Capital Advisors, LLC. Mr. Gordon joined SAC in 2006 from Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. Over the last seven years, Mr. Gordon has led or supported the sourcing, structuring, diligence, documentation and portfolio management of more than 150 investments including senior and second-lien loans, subordinated and mezzanine debt and high-yield bonds. Mr. Gordon's investment activity has been in both primary issuance as well as secondary markets. Mr. Gordon also has extensive experience in the restructuring of debt positions both in the context of bankruptcy cases as well as in out-of-court situations. He holds an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania and received a B.A., magna cum laude, from Cornell University.
